GlaxoSmithKline: Print design
Since 2000 GSK has had a working customer management model in place, with Regional Account Coordinators dealing with European customers. However, as the environment is changing GSK’s customers are extending their presence in more and more countries and the markets are consolidating. GSK had to adapt their ways of working and needed a flexible approach; the print design was able to communicate in detail new sales, negotiation and management principles to their teams across Europe.
