Nestlé Rowntree’s move into the growing “Bitesize & Sharing” categories with Aero Bubbles was seen as vital to ensure its continued growth. The trade press were invited to the Roof Gardens, Kensington to understand Nestlé’s plans for the complete Aero range. We created four individual themed sets, each with its own screen. The presenters worked from these, leaving the key fact displayed on each plasma, as they moved to the next. The media coverage gained reflected the greater understanding that journalists had about Aero and in particular Bubbles. It was voted product of the year 2007. From invitation, venue selection through to set and powerpoint design, this was a great example of our total event mangement.
